Ways to Take Care of Your Health on Climate Change

When you or your loved one falls sick, there is nothing better to sip than hot soup. A cup of hot soup will do a lot good. 


If you are not in a condition to make soup every time, a good vacuum flask or a thermos bottle can help keep your soup hot for six to eight hours.
You can prepare soup in the morning and store it in a vacuum bottle and drink intermittently throughout the day.
